Ellie Goulding
Ellie's (n e Elena Jane Goulding 30 December, 1986 Hereford England) is an English Songwriter and Singer. Ellie Goulding, a British artist and singer, gained notoriety in the year 2010 when her smash songs Guns and Horses and Starry Eyed received a lot of attention from the media. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop. Goulding is at the cutting edge as are Kate Bush and Imogen Sheap of contemporary mainstream music and of independent, arty pop. Her soprano voice as well as her ability to write emotionally authentic songs make her stand out. Polydor Records signed her to an agreement with a record label and she started preparing for the launch of her debut album.
