Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She started competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16, after quitting gymnastics in her youth. As a teenager, she won her pro card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She began participating in fitness shows when she was 16, following the end of her childhood gymnastics career. A year later, at the age of 17 She was able to earn her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was off the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. In 2015, she continued her journey from the previous year, competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. By the end of 2009 she won four more fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to complete her college degree. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. She came in third at the contest. The summer of 2016, she won winning the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage a month later, and came home with sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event and was thrilled by the result. This is not a surprise since Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against top of the line athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing the best version of her body every year. Ariel is known to be focused upon her lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. She will warm up prior to moving onto sets. Additionally, Ariel likes to use her time in the most efficient way possible. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings on all of her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
